About BBm
Facility Services

A women-owned facility services partner built on people, care, innovation, and consistent performance.

BBM Facility Services is a women-owned commercial cleaning and facility services company focused on medical, healthcare-adjacent, public-facing, and high-touch professional environments.

Founded in Charlestown and built through relationships, BBM has grown from a local service provider into a trusted partner for organizations that need dependable teams, responsive leadership, and cleaning programs designed around the way their facilities actually operate.

Our Story

Built locally. Trusted widely. Ready for what comes next.

BBM began with a clear belief: service companies are only as strong as the people behind them.

From the beginning, BBM has focused on relationships, responsiveness, and doing the work the right way. What started as a local company serving Greater Boston has grown into a women-owned facility services partner supporting healthcare, commercial, laboratory, childcare, hospitality, public-facing, and professional environments.

As BBM continues to evolve, our focus is sharper than ever: medical cleaning, operational discipline, client partnership, innovation, and tailored facility solutions.

We help clients create environments that feel cared for, controlled, safe, inspection-ready, and ready for the people who depend on them.

Leadership Philosophy

We lead from alongside our team.

BBM’s leadership model is hands-on by design.

We believe strong facility services companies do not disappear after the contract is signed. They stay engaged. They communicate. They inspect. They adjust. They innovate. They solve problems before they become patterns.

That is how BBM moves quickly, adapts thoughtfully, and maintains trust in medical, commercial, public-facing, and professional environments.

Inclusion & Opportunity

Strong teams drive strong results.

BBM is proud to be a women-owned company committed to inclusion, opportunity, and internal growth.

Our workforce reflects the communities we serve, and we believe the people performing the work deserve respect, support, and pathways to grow. When employees feel valued, clients feel the difference.

People-first service is not a tagline for us.

It is how performance begins.

Who We Are

A people-first company with performance at the center.

BBM is certified as both a WBE and WOSB business and is proud to be a women-owned company in an industry where trust, consistency, leadership accessibility, and innovation matter.

Our team supports healthcare, commercial real estate, medical office buildings, research and lab environments, childcare centers, data centers, higher education, museums, hospitality spaces, and other high-touch facilities.

We believe strong teams drive strong results. That means investing in people, promoting from within, creating opportunity, and making sure every client feels the difference between a vendor and a true service partner.

Our Approach

The BBM difference is in the way we show up.

Cleaning is visible when it goes wrong. BBM is built to get ahead of that.

Our approach is grounded in clear communication, trained teams, practical oversight, quality checks, smart technology, and cleaning programs built around each client’s facility, traffic patterns, risk areas, standards, and expectations.

Accountable Ownership

Clients deserve clear standards, responsive communication, one accountable point of contact, and fast resolution when something needs attention.

Operational Discipline

Consistent service comes from training, supervision, site-specific routines, quality checks, and a team that understands the details of each location.

Adaptable Delivery

No two facilities operate the same way. BBM builds programs around patient flow, employee schedules, peak traffic, security requirements, technology needs, and client priorities.

Innovation in Practice

BBM evaluates tools, cleaning methods, robotics, quality platforms, reporting routines, specialty equipment, and process improvements that help clients achieve better visibility and stronger consistency.

Let’s build a better facility services partnership.

Whether you manage a medical office, healthcare support space, commercial property, lab environment, public-facing space, or multi-site portfolio, BBM is ready to help.
